Generally, if the wall thickness of the product is not very thin, use coolant during processing. If the feed plate magnification is low, it is not easy to deform, unless the wall of the product is very thin. But if it is processed after injection molding, it will also deform, and it has a stress release. The following points can be considered:

1. There is a relatively large amount of material removal (controlling the surplus of the blank and offsetting the stress and deformation caused by processing through symmetrical processing);

2. The internal stress of the material has not been completely removed (re annealing treatment);

3. Deformation of clamping (by changing the clamping form)
