PI (polyimide) is a super special engineering plastic with characteristics such as high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, self-lubrication, and high insulation.

Polyimide can be divided into thermoplastic and thermosetting. Thermoplastic polyimide has strong plasticity and can generally be injection molded, molded, extruded, or cast into thin films. It has good mechanical properties within 250 ℃, and thermosetting polyimide has no obvious melting point. It is generally molded and can be used for a long time at 350 ℃, even up to 480 ℃ in the short term. Its comprehensive performance at high temperatures is unmatched by other materials.

Polyimide can achieve higher wear resistance and strength requirements through composite modification.
